New Offering from Peptalk Ministries: Transitional Leadership Training

Churches experiencing times of transition from one pastoral leader to another deserve positive, healthy, and helpful leaders during this interim period. There are specific skills and mindsets necessary to be an effective transitional ministry leader. God's church needs your help. This training will prepare you to serve in faith communities in need. It is time for you to answer God's calling to step into temporary roles to enhance God's kingdom work on earth.

Consider this your invitation. I am offering a training cohort for no more than 5 individuals who want to provide meaningful leadership for churches in transition. You will learn the art of short-term ministry leadership, how to help congregations through spiritual discernment, how to utilize a coaching mindset for best practices, ideas on preaching and leading, how to handle finances in this role, and much more.

I have recently reshaped this training to better address the key issues leaders will face in transitional ministry leadership. We will meet in weekly 60-minute Zoom sessions for 9 weeks, followed by an optional retreat to unpack even more insights into this vital ministry need. This is a certification course.
