I am offering a training cohort for no more than 5 individuals who want to provide meaningful leadership for churches in transition. You will learn the art of short-term ministry leadership, how to help congregations through spiritual discernment, how to utilize a coaching mindset for best practices, ideas on preaching and leading, how to handle finances in this role, and much more.

On the mountain, we experience a lot of silence. It is the perfect environment to hear the still, small voice of the One who has known us most deeply all of our lives.

This work has included serving several churches during their transitional seasons. Along the way, I knew this lifestyle and the need for consistent relocation would not be sustainable. God was showing me the possibilities of finding a place to call home, and that would materialize when God's timing was right.

Regardless of the season you are experiencing, I invite ministry leaders such as pastors, church staff members, denominational leaders, chaplains, and non-profit ministry leaders to onboard some self-care and join several of your colleagues and ministry partners as we experience the Gathering of Silence.
