Regardless of the season you are experiencing, I invite ministry leaders such as pastors, church staff members, denominational leaders, chaplains, and non-profit ministry leaders to onboard some self-care and join several of your colleagues and ministry partners as we experience the Gathering of Silence.

People will ask you, “How was it?” or “Did you really spend that whole time not talking?” They might dismiss your stories of awe and amazement or become so intrigued that they explore a retreat for themselves.

There are projects in life and work that we do not enjoy performing.

I would love to say that I just do my best to look at everyone through God's eyes...but I missed that class.
